Our client is a prominent player in the property sector. They are currently looking for a Marketing Director position.
Job Description :
- Develop marketing plan to support organizational strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with Property Development Team to development products and define effective sales channels of all products
- Direct implementation and execution of marketing policies and practices
- Ensure marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements
- Oversee and direct market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives
- Establish metrics for the measurement of marketing program effectiveness
- Develop and manage the marketing budget/ feasibility of projects
Qualification and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
- 10+ years sales & marketing experience in a Real Estate Business company
- Strong entrepreneurial and business acumen
- Able to work in an evolving organization and changes with a clear vision of how to build structure and process over time
- Able to interpret country theoretical marketing investments down to a pilot level, then scale back up to each location
- Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with top management, sales, product development and key operational groups
